Nantas Sodano is the Founder and Principal of Genesis Healthcare Solutions, where he helps employers bring greater transparency, accountability, and financial discipline to one of their largest and most complex operating expenses.

Before founding Genesis, Nantas spent more than 25 years in food development, and Arizona’s hospitality and restaurant industry. Beginning in his family’s business at a young age, he went on to lead operations, develop teams, navigate the pressures of ownership, and ultimately guide the company through a successful exit. That experience gave him a firsthand understanding of the responsibility business owners carry for both their people and their financial performance.

Today, Nantas works alongside CEOs, CFOs, CHROs, and business owners to develop healthcare strategies that reduce unnecessary costs while improving the employee experience. His approach is grounded in a simple belief. Companies should not have to choose between protecting their bottom line and taking better care of their people.

Through Genesis, he brings together innovative benefit strategies, healthcare navigation, preventive care, payment integrity, and funding optimization to help organizations transform healthcare from an unpredictable expense into a more measurable and manageable business strategy.
